TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: March 2026

1. Services AiUTHORITY provides digital marketing systems for private therapy practices. Services are delivered as described in your signed service agreement. All engagements require a 6-month minimum commitment.

2. Payment Fees are due monthly on the date agreed in your service agreement. Setup fees are due at signing and are non-refundable. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

3. Client Responsibilities You agree to provide timely access to platforms, accounts, and information necessary to deliver services. Delays caused by lack of access may affect delivery timelines.

4. HIPAA AiUTHORITY operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA. A signed Business Associate Agreement is required before any work begins. You are responsible for ensuring your practice meets its own HIPAA obligations.

5. Intellectual Property All strategy, copy, and systems built by AiUTHORITY remain the property of AiUTHORITY until full payment is received. Upon completion of the engagement and full payment, deliverables transfer to the client.

6. Termination Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the 6-month minimum commitment is fulfilled. Early termination does not waive remaining fees owed under the commitment period.

7. Limitation of Liability AiUTHORITY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

9. Changes We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

7. Data Retention We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver services or as required by law.
